Called NBA Mobile View, the option provides a viewing experience that's optimized for smaller screens, reports TechCrunch.

An explanatory video, for instance, shows a side-by-side comparison of how games are livestreamed for viewers watching on flat-screen TVs at home, for instance, and for viewers using the Mobile View option.

For the latter, camera shots are noticeably tighter and zoom in closer to the action.

The NBA League Pass subscription starts at $119.99 (About Rs 8,000.) The new feature launches Tuesday.
