NASA's Instagram account, over the last couple of days, has spared no visuals, in expressing its undying love for space. It put out an assortment of breathtaking as well as quirky photos taken by space telescopes, Mars rovers, and even a short videos from NASA's most recent moon mission LADEE, depicting not just the astronomical beauty of space, but also some amazing anomalies.

One particular collage of images shows photos acquired over three years with 'heart-shaped' features on the planet Mars. It is accompanied with a little poem, "#NASALove from the Red Planet: Mars is red, so don't be blue. Hearts abound from us to you!"

Here's another one; a star cluster photographed by the Chandra Observatory in shape of a heart:

And this one from the Spitzer Space Telescope, a cosmic rose:

And if that isn't mushy enough for you, the stop-motion Moon video was carried with this message, "We're always over the moon for you with our Lunar Atmosphere and Dust Environment Explorer (LADEE) spacecraft"

Needless to say that pictures, shared with hashtag #NASALove, were an instant hit across social media, drawing thousands of shares.
