The third generation Moto G specifications have leaked ahead of the official arrival of the midrange handset by a Spanish online retailer.

According to in.techradar.com, the 2015 Moto G will come with an Octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor and not with the Snapdragon 410 as earlier rumored. Also, the handset is rumored to come with a 1080p display with the screen size at 5-inches. Other anticipated hardware specifications include a 13MP back camera, Android 5.1 Lollipop, 2GB of RAM and 8/16GB of internal storage possibly with a microSD card slot. A battery of 2470 mAh is expected as well, although there is no confirmation on that front.

Motorola is scheduled to release the third gen Moto G on the July 28 along with the Moto X.
