Lenovo today announced that it sold 25,000 units of the ZUK Z1 smartphone in its first flash sale on Amazon India. A total of 3 lakh registrations were received for the flash sale within the first two weeks of its launch.Registrations for the next flash sale of the ZUK Z1 are currently live on Amazon and the next sale will go live on May 26 at 2 pm. To refresh your memory, the Lenovo Zuk Z1 sports a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, coupled with a Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB RAM. The smartphone packs 64GB of internal storage but lacks any expandable storage support.It has a 5.5-inch full HD (1920x1080) display, a 13MP rear camera with a Sony IMX214 sensor and optical image stabilisation (OIS), and an 8MP front-facing camera.The Zuk Z1 also has a fingerprint scanner integrated into the home button, dual-SIM support and 4G connectivity. It’s powered by a 4100mAh battery, has USB Type-C, and runs Cyanogen OS 12.1, based on Android Lollipop. In addition, Lenovo has said that modding the smartphone will not void the warranty. The Lenovo Zuk Z1 is available for Rs 13,499.
