Kobe Bryant makes an exit with NBA 2K17 Legend Edition
NBA 2K17's Legend Edition will retail for US $20 over the vanilla game price, and will feature Bryant on the cover, as well as exclusive content.
A special Legend edition of popular basketball game NBA 2K17 is being released in honour of Kobe Bryant and his impact on the sport over the past two decades.Announced on Wednesday, to coincide with the player's final NBA game with the LA Lakers, the new edition of the game will feature special memorabilia as well as content. The first gamers to place an order for the title will get a limited-edition poster, Panini trading cards and a Black Mamba game controller skin. As for content, the Legend edition will include 30,000 in virtual currency plus items of digital clothing, including Kobe's Nike retirement shoes.

"As I walk off the NBA court for the final time, it's exciting to know my fans can continue to celebrate my lifelong career as a Los Angeles Laker." The Legend Edition will cost US $79.99 for the Xbox One and PS4 (whether in digital or physical format) while the standard version of NBA 2K17 will retail for US $59.99 when it goes on sale this September.
