In today's time when everything is digital, it seems only feasible to carry digital copies of your documents wherever you go. But how prepared can we humans be? Sometimes, we are asked to submit certain documents instantly like a bill or a certificate and other times we might want to share images or documents in PDF form (portable document format) to save time and storage but we cannot because do so since we do not carry our computers/laptops everywhere we go.

Now, this problem could be solved if you have an iPhone. Yes, you read that right! Apple now allows users to create a PDF file on the iPhone without having to download any additional apps.

Here's how to create a PDF on the iPhone: 

-Select the file or view the web page you want to convert into a PDF

- Tap on the share button

- Scroll down and tap on print and then the share button

The file will be converted to PDF and if you want to keep a copy of the file on your device, you can do that by simply selecting the 'Save to Files' option. 

Here's how you can save an email as a PDF: 

- Go to your mailbox

- Click on the 'More actions' button and tap Print

- Click on the share button that is placed in the upper-right corner

- Tap on Copy to Books.
