I just tried ordering a Freedom 251 smartphone and here’s what I found out.
With all the rave behind the ‘cheapest smartphone in the world,’ I tried ordering the Freedom 251 myself to see what the fuss was about. Here’s the step by step process on how to order the smartphone
Step 1

Step 2
Click on the “Buy Button”: http://freedom251.com/cart
Step 3
Select the number of smartphones you want (attempted to key in 10)
Step 4
Fill in your details
Step 5
Nothing happens
The second time I tried to fill-in my details and subsequently pay for the device, the website refreshed on itself. This could be attributed to a number of things like overload of servers or failure to set up the website in time. Although, it would have been nice to order the smartphone I will just have to settle for this webpage. I even tried calling all the customer care numbers (0120-4001000, 4200470, 6619580) I found on their webpage.
