Scott Kelly, the astronaut who broke records on his year long stint in space on the International Space Station (ISS) is finally coming back to Earth. Scott Kelly’s and Russian cosmonaut Mikhail Borisovich Kornienko’s landing coverage on Earth is scheduled for 8:45 AM Wednesday on March 2, Indian Standard Time (IST).

Here is Scott Kelly’s scheduled on NASA’s official website for Wednesday, March 2 (Indian Standard Time)

  • 8:45am (IST) or 4:15pm (EST)--Farewell and hatch closure coverage; hatch closure scheduled at 3:10am (IST) or 4:40pm (EST)

  • 6:15am (IST) or 7:45pm (EST)--Undocking coverage; undocking scheduled at 6:35am (IST) or 8:05pm (EST)

  • 8:45am (IST) or 10:15pm (EST)--Deorbit burn and landing coverage; deorbit burn scheduled at 9:02am IST, with landing at 9:55am IST (10:25am on March 2, Kazakhstan time)
