With Google Maps for Android, you’ll now be able to add multiple points between your start and destination points. To do so, start the app and tap the options button at the top right (the three vertical dots.) Use the Add stop function from here--go ahead and add as many stop you need, and the app will plot a route between them whether you’re walking, driving or using public transit.

Aso, this updated feature doesn’t appear to be tied into a new version of the app--it is being implemented on the Google servers itself, so you won’t need to update the app. Either way, it’s a good idea to use the latest version of the Google Maps app.

The feature is being rolled out gradually--expect to see it on your phone soon.
