Apart from a new look, the tech giant is also introducing a few new features that will make using Google Contacts a bit easier, reported Tech Crunch.

The new look is inspired from Google's other services that have adopted its Material Design language. The new Google Contacts will make merging multiple profiles of your contacts easier. It will also enable you to see all your recent e-mails and meetings with a person right in there, along with a redesigned and updated contact card.

The preview is rolling out now, but users can bypass that process and head straight to contacts.google.com/preview directly.
