Meta owned global instant messaging app, WhatsApp has added new features to its web client. Now, users will be able to edit photos, preview links, and new sticker suggestions.

WhatsApp took to Twitter to make this announcement on its official handle. The post said, "ICYMI: a little fix goes a long way. We’ve made some updates to the way you chat." Users can now happily add stickers to their chats, add text or crop their photos as per their needs, rotate photos and adjust it according to the screen size.

Earlier, people using WhatsApp Web were not able to use these features but now they can edit and send pictures from their personal computers or laptops. According to the company, the link preview feature is also coming soon to the app where the user will be intimated about the kind of link they are clicking. The company said, "Share news, videos, or that fun Tweet, sneak peek included. Over the past few months, we’ve made a few changes to WhatsApp to answer some of your feature requests and to keep giving you the best experience."

Unfortunately, due to the upgrade in software and technology, WhatsApp stopped working on old smartphones that are running on Android 4.0.3 or iOS 9 and older.
