The game developer company, which is behind the famous open-world action role-playing game Genshin Impact, rewarded its employees for their good performance in 2020. The gifts were gaming consoles including Play Station 5 and Nintendo Switch, Graphics Cards, and Apple products like iPhone and iPad. This grand giveaway was a part of the company’s annual meeting where the employees of the company were gifted with these goods for successful performance.
The gifts ranged from PlayStation 5’s to Apple iPhones and iPads which were given to the employees.
The Teyvet based game company distributed electronic gadgets to each employee for a successful 2020 performance.
The company arranged a lottery system for equal distribution of goodies.
Meanwhile, Sony has announced that it sold over 4.5 million units of PS5 in the launch quarter and also highlighted that the reason for poor PS5 production was due to lack of semiconductor availability.
As per speculations, PS5s and GPUs were being sold at a high premium over MRP due to extreme stock shortage, and it seems that this could have happened due to large-scale distribution by the corporate company.
Sony has said that it has not been able to fully meet the demand for the gaming console from customers, adding that it will continue to do everything to ship as many units as possible to customers.
