We have recently seen how Google tracks our information on the things we search for online - including our age, relationship status, the language we speak. Apart from Google, iPhone is also popular when it comes to tracking.

Let's have a look at how your iPhone tracks you:

Your iPhone tracks you wherever you go, it keeps a close check on the number of times you visit certain places along with the date.

According to Apple, these locations are used to provide you with personalized services, "such as predictive traffic routing, and to build better Photos Memories".

All the data is encrypted and stored only on the user's device. Apple claims that it will never reveal the details without the consent of the user.

Even if a friend is using your phone they cannot see these locations without your password or face/touch ID to unlock them.

The significant locations show the whereabouts of the iPhone users.

Open the Settings section of your iPhone, then click on the privacy section. Click on location services then tap on system services. Click on the Significant Locations tab and then login with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
