Before the world drowned itself in football frenzy of Euro 2016, Virat Kohli, India's Test Skipper, threw his support to football World Cup champions Germany. He had posted an image wearing Germany's football jersey with number 18 printed on it.

To a casual onlooker, it will come across as Virat only using the number he uses when he is on cricket field donning the blue jersey to play for team India. But incidentally, number 18 is also used by Germany and Real Madrid's midfielder Toni Kroos.

Therefore when Kroos saw Virat's post on Twitter he admired the choice and promised to send him a gift.

On Monday, Kohli posted the image of the present he received. It's a Team Germany jersey autographed by Toni Kroos. Virat wished the team all the best for quarters when they take on Italy on Sunday.
