Incidentally, Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who won the man of the match award in the 3rd Test against England in Mohali was rewarded with a recharge of Rs 1 lakh in his Paytm account and that was enough for Viru to crack a joke on his former teammate.

"Wah Jaddu Bhai ! Hamare paas toh 2000 ke chhutte nahi hai aur aap @Paytm mein 1 Lakh le gaye. Thoda hamare Paytm mein bhi transfer kijiye," tweeted Sehwag with a picture of Jadeja receving the MOTM award.

Jadeja was phenomenal in the particular Test match, scoring 90 runs and picking four wickets and deservingly got the reward.

Paytm is an app using which one can get rid of cash transactions and after the demonetization policy came in effect, this particular mode of payment has gained huge popularity with many shop keepers allowing their consumers to pay via the app.
