The WWE superstar seriously injured himself during a match with World Champion Seth Rollins on RAW this past week. Cena broke his nose following a kick by Rollins, and then had to undergo emergency surgery.
WrestlingNewsWorld reports that Cena faced breathing problems following the match, which necessitated the surgery. In the video below, you can see the point at which Cena broke his nose. In spite of copious bleeding, Cena managed to finish the match.
Given that Cena is likely to face Seth Rollins at Summerslam in a big ticket match, both WWE and the fans will be hoping he recovers soon.
