Yoga guru Baba Ramdev thrilled a packed KD Jadhav stadium in New Delhi when he defeated Olympic silver medallist Andrey Stadnik 12-0 in an exhibition match of  Pro Wrestling League 2 on Wednesday.

It was an out and out dominating performance as Ramdev opened his account with four points and soon took his tally to 7-0. He then wrapped up the bout by gathering another five points. “Bharat mata ki jai.! Vande Matram!" shouted Ramdev before hugging Stadnik at the completion of the bout.

Stadnik had defeated wrestler Sushil Kumar in Beijing. He had reached the final, giving Sushil an opportunity to play in repechage, courtesy of which the Indian had won bronze.
