MELBOURNE: Shane Warne, infamous for his off-field romps, says he does not rule out remarrying ex-wife Simone but is not sure whether he can remain committed to her.

"I still love Simone. I still love my children, I'm a very good parent, I'm a good dad. I mightn't be the best husband, but I'm a good dad and if we can all work that out together and make that work, then great," Test cricket's most successful bowler said in a television interview.

On whether he would remarry his model-wife Simone Callahan, Warne said: "I'm not sure, I honestly don't know. I haven't ruled out getting back together, but we both have to work out (whether) that's what we want."

Warne, who has been sharing a Melbourne house with Simone and the kids despite the divorce, added it was difficult to say whether he could remain committed to her again: "She might like somebody else, I might like somebody else. I might not be able to commit 100 per cent to her now, and we've been through all the hard times and that's something I'm going to work out with her."
