KOLKATA: Sourav Ganguly scored a century in the Ranji Trophy Elite Group B match against Rajasthan to bolster his return to the one-day fold as the national selectors meets on Friday to pick the World Cup probables and the squad for the home series against the West Indies.
 
Ganguly, who was unbeaten at 72 in 73 balls on Thursday, completed his ton after play resumed on the third day on Friday.
 
Ganguly scored 122 runs in 118 balls before returning to the pavilion. His innings was studded with 21 hits to the fence.
 
The comeback man Ganguly made a successful return to Tests, becoming the highest run scorer for India in South Africa.
 
The selectors are meeting at Rajkot on Friday to pick the 30-member World Cup probables and squad for the first two one-dayers against the West Indies.
