Australian all-rounder Shane Watson and his fiancee Lee Furlong have reportedly purchased a $3.99 million waterfront property in super-rich Sutherland Shire.Watson will have Test captain Ricky Ponting, fast bowling great Glenn McGrath, swimmer Ian Thorpe and Parramatta Eels star Eric Grothe as his neighbours in the Burraneer Bay area, reports the Sydney Morning Herald.According to the paper, Watson and Furlong's new two-storey, four-bedroom home has an infinity-edge pool, jetty, pontoon, deepwater mooring and open-plan living area with views across Port Hacking River. It was put up for sale in September last year.The couple's four-bedroom Cronulla townhouse, bought for 1.45 million dollars in mid-2007, is set for late March auction through McGrath agent Bernadette Berlyn.Watson and Furlong plan to marry in May.
