Australian Robert Allenby blew a four-shot lead in the first round of the WGC-CA Championship on Thursday when he bogeyed each of the final four holes.Four birdies and an eagle on the front nine gave Allenby a flying start but after two more birdies at the 10th and 12th the round suddenly fell apart."If someone had told me when I was teeing off I was going to shoot four-under I would've said, 'That would be a great first round'," he told reporters after a 68 meant he finished one behind early leader Charl Schwartzel of South Africa.                                            "But when you come from eight-under and finish up at four you look at it and go, 'wow, you really messed that up'."Allenby said he did not have any luck over the final four holes of the Blue Monster course at Doral."In all fairness I didn't hit bad shots. I don't recall actually hitting one bad shot," he said. The Australian found a tricky lie in the greenside rough on the 15th. His approach shot at the par-four 16th took a nasty bounce and he then found himself by the lip of a fairway bunker at the next hole. The 18th, which has a lake to the left of the fairway and green, also proved a challenge when Allenby found sand."I hit a good bunker shot but that's probably the scariest bunker shot you'll ever face — downwind, downhill, downhill stance and all the grain going towards the water," he said. "I think I played a pretty good shot out of there."It was a tough day. There's a lot of good out there and there's a lot of bad."I know bogeying the last few holes doesn't look great but I couldn't do anything about it," added Allenby. "I tried my hardest on the last four holes and it is what it is."There are three more days of golf. It ain't over. I think I'm one shot off the lead. I might have been four in front, as someone told me. But it's not a sprint, it's a marathon."
