The Frenchman admitted that Leicester's manager Ranieri did a great job with the club and that his hard work has finally paid off. Zidane further admired Leicester's performance throughout the season and said that he is extremely happy for the first-time champions, Sport24 reported. On Tuesday, Leicester clinched their first-ever Premier League title in the club's 132-year history after Tottenham played out a 2-2 draw with Chelsea.

Leicester will grab a staggering 93 million pounds from winning the title and will also receive an additional 30 million pounds for securing a spot in the Champions League. Leicester, who escaped relegation last season and started the current season as 5000-1 outsiders, overcame their underdogs tag by winning title in one of the most remarkable seasons of the football history.
