Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shahryar Khan has revealed that Bangladesh have agreed to play in his country, but he didn't disclose the schedule of the matches. The 81-year-old said that the Bangladesh cricket team were willing to play in Pakistan, with matches expected to be played in Karachi and Lahore, the Express Tribune reported.

Earlier, the PCB was forced to host all their home series in the United Arab Emirates, including the recently-concluded Pakistan Super League, a lucrative Twenty20 tournament. Last year, Pakistan hosted Zimbabwe in its first home international series in six years following a terrorist attack on a Sri Lanka team bus in March 2009 that left six police officers and a driver dead, and several players and officials injured.

Reflecting his views on Pakistan's failure to bring Sir Vivian Richards as a mentor for World T20, Shahryar said that the board had put the offer before the former West Indies skipper but he wanted to work with PTV Sports as an expert. Earlier, Richards had expressed his desire to coach the Pakistan cricket team, saying that he will definitely give it a shot if he would be given an offer by the country' cricket board.
