Former England skipper Michael Vaughan believes that Eoin Morgan-led team could cause a few upsets at the upcoming World Cup, saying that the team has started looking like a settled side.England beat India twice in the Tri-series before reaching the final in Australia, and trounced West Indies in their first World Cup warm-up game by nine wickets on Monday.Vaughan said that England were starting to look like they might have a chance in the World Cup as they had got a bit of momentum, adding that they got a settled team which was starting to play more consistently and could cause a few shocks in the World Cup, the BBC reported.England will open their World Cup campaign against Australia on February 14 in Melbourne.
