As the third edition of ISL kicks off later this year, football lovers wait with bated breath to find out which legend would arrive on Indian shores to entertain them. And by the looks of it, one veteran defender is already interested in trying out Indian football.

In a live Facebook chat, Manchester United stalwart Rio Ferdinand was asked whether he harbours any ambition of making an appearance in ISL. His reply was prompt. "Listen, have you seen how fit I am at the moment? I'm fit wherever I have played. If they want me, come, come let's talk, " Ferdinand said.

The ISL has attracted greats like Diego Forlan, Alessandro Del Piero, Marco Materazzi, Nicolas Anelka and if this latest Ferdinand comment is anything to go by, then we are in for a treat.
