Luigi Del Neri was appointed Juventus coach on Wednesday on a 2-year deal, the Serie A club said in a statement.                            
Del Neri quit Sampdoria on Monday despite leading the side to a Champions League qualifying berth joins Juventus in dire straits after they finished the season in seventh.
