Wicketkeeper-batsman Jos Buttler has been appointed as the vice-captain of England for the World Cup, which gets underway on Saturday in Australia and New Zealand.Skipper Eoin Morgan selected Buttler to act as his deputy ahead of experienced players like James Anderson, Stuart Broad and Joe Root, Sport24 reported.England will open their World Cup campaign against Australia on February 14 in Melbourne.
