With cheer leaders in attendance, Bhatti said at a function in Chandigarh: "Give the IPL trophy to a team whose franchise has transacted the maximum black money and has done maximum financial irregularities."

Bhatti's Nonsense Club members also sang a parody on the IPL at the function held at the main Commercial Centre in sector 17 in Chandigarh.

"We should expand this 'Indian Paisa Laundering' series by auctioning more and more teams. There is no harm in allotting two to three teams to a state.

"Every team should have at least a politician and a film star to run the affairs of the team smoothly," Bhatti said.
