ISL 2020-21: Fixtures, schedule, match timings, venues and all you need to know

After Mumbai Indians (MI) lifted the fifth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in UAE, the action now shifts to Goa where the Indian Super League (ISL) will be held from November 20.

The seventh edition of the ISL will entirely be played behind closed doors, across three venues in Goa - the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda, the GMC Athletic Stadium in Bambolim and the Tilak Maidan Stadium in Vasco - owing to the coronavirus pandemic.

The 2020-21 season will feature 11 teams - the most in its history - following East Bengal's inclusion. Fellow Kolkata heavyweight Mohun Bagan have also joined the tournament after it was merged with three-time champion ATK. They will now play as ATK Mohun Bagan. With the expansion, the new edition will have 115 games - 20 more than last year.

The teams are - ATK Mohun Bagan, Bengaluru FC, Chennaiyin FC, FC Goa, Hyderabad FC, Jamshedpur FC, Kerala Blasters, Mumbai City FC, NorthEast United FC, Odisha FC and SC East Bengal.

The schedule for the remaining 55 league matches will be published in December post clarity on calendar dates of Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Competitions matches.
