Royal Challengers Bangalore picked up Rajasthan Ranji pacer Aniket Choudhary for a whopping Rs 2 crore. When the news broke, Choudhary was bowling to his RCB captain, Virat Kohli, in a net session of the Indian cricket team.

Aniket Choudhary is traveling with Team India in order to help the batsmen prepare for Australian bowlers like Mitchell Starc for their upcoming tour. According to a report in Sportskeeda, the bowler forgot about the fatigue of fast bowling when Team India manager told him about the auction, the team which has picked him and the amount he will be paid.

Choudhary always wanted to play for RCB. He told the website that he was hopeful of being part of the IPL this year. "I had no expectations of being sold at a price anywhere even close to 2cr. I wanted to play for RCB and they signed me so I am very happy," said the pacer.

Choudhary will be part of Royal Challengers Banglore's bowling attack. Rubbing shoulders with the likes of Shane Watson, Billy Stanlake, Praveen Dubey, and Tymal Mills who became the player with the second biggest paycheck for season 10 of IPL at Rs. 12 crores. Choudhary is looking forward to learning from the English T20 specialist.

IPL season 10 will kick off in Hyderabad on April 6.
