The IPL Opening Ceremony will be a day prior to the first match of this year's edition.
With the completion of World T20, cricket fans all around the world would be itching for the ninth edition of Indian Premier League to kick-start.
As usual, the opening ceremony is going to be a starry affair with not only B-town celebrities but also international stars like Chris Brown and Major Lazer.

The first match is on 9th April, defending champions Mumbai Indians will take on Rising Pune Supergiants at the Wankhede Stadium.
