Indian star shuttlers PV Sindhu, Kidambi Srikanth and HS Prannoy entered the semifinals of the 3,25,000 dollars French Open Super series on Friday.

HS Prannoy defeated South Korean Jeon Hyeok Jin in straight games to set up a all-Indian semifinal. Prannoy took 47 minutes to beat the 31-ranked South Korean 21-16, 21-16 in their first-ever meeting. 

In the women's singles, world no. 2 PV Sindhu entered her maiden French Open semis after registering a comfortable 21-14, 21-14 win over China's Chen Yufei.

The star shuttler will now square off against either Sung Ju Hyun of South Korea or Akane Yamaguchi of Japan in her semis match here at the Pierre de Coubertin Stadium.

In men's singles, Kidambi Srikanth, who was crowned at the Denmark Open champion last week, beat Shi Yuqi of China. 

After losing the first set of the game to the Chinese player, Srikanth rebounded in the match to clinch it 8-21, 21-19, 21-9 and reserve his place in the semis.
