This year's French Open will see Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic fight for the title of Greatest Of All Time (or GOAT). The throne is up for grabs in men’s tennis and the three players will not leave any stone unturned.

In terms of match-to-match and career-long excellence - Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic are unequivocally the three greatest players ever and the fight between them has been on for more than a decade.

With their careers entering the home stretch, the fight gets intriguing to see who ends up as the king. Federer has record 20 Slams. Nadal trails Federer by three Majors, and Djokovic is a further two Slams behind.

The best odds for lifting the trophy still lie within this group.

Nadal - the king of clay - is the favorite, followed by Djokovic. Federer - who is making his long-awaited return to the Parisian clay - doesn’t look like a serious challenger for the trophy, but he is known to upset players with his calmness.

As for Djokovic, a win at Roland Garros would make him just the third man in history and the first in the Open Era to achieve a double Career Slam. It would give the Serb his second ‘Nole Slam’ or non-Calendar Grand Slam. He first held all the four Slams in 2016.

Also, it could come as a shock but it is entirely possible that none of the Big 3 triumphs at this year’s French Open.

With players like Dominic Thiem or Stefanos Tsitsipas - they could make sure to give the three a hard time.
