Poland is one of the few teams at Euro 2016 to play with two strikers and Milik, a tall centre-forward is the perfect foil to the free-scoring Lewandowski.

Despite a rugged defence, Milik finally broke the deadlock in the 51st minute. A long down the right was headed away by Evans but it was seized by the team. After a couple of passes, Blaszcyzkowski pulled back for Milik, who shot low from the edge of the area to give Poland the lead.
