South Africa spinner Robin Peterson has said they are disappointed with their two-wicket loss to Pakistan in their first game of the Super Eight stage of the Twenty20 World Cup, but backed his team to win their next two matches against Australia and India to proceed to the semifinals.
Peterson, whose exceptional bowling figures of 2/15 in four overs were for a losing cause, is counting on his teammates to make an impact in their last two matches.
"We have to win our final two matches, it's as simple as that," Sports24 quoted Peterson, as saying.
"We are obviously disappointed by the result but we still have two games to go. We know what we are capable of when we fire as a unit and that is what we will be aiming for in our next two matches," he added.
