โI don't think we deserved to lose... We lost on penalties and I'm really sorry about it. The boys deserved better today,โ he told reporters.
โWe are out of the tournament and it hurts... it's very painful,โ he added.
โWe practise penalties so much so I don't know what you can do more about that,โ he added.
England lost 3-1 on penalties to Portugal after a scoreless 120 minutes.
