Manager Arsene Wenger said that it was a very disappointing result because they were very unlucky with the referee's decision for the first goal. He added that Hull had two shots and scored two goals, and it is a long time since they have dominated so much and not won the game.Hull manager Steve Bruce said that his side deserved to hang on despite intense pressure by Arsenal late on in the game. He also concluded that they have injury issues to Nikica Jelavic', Stephen Harper and Michael Dawson.
