The twelfth Toyota inter-west zone dealers/financiers/insurance company cricket meet will be organised on March 14, 15 and 16 at the Dadoji Kondeo stadium at Thane. Like the previous years, this tournament organised by Millennium Toyota will see the best of Mumbai dealers like Shinrai Toyota (winners of last year edition), Lakozy Toyota, Madhuban Toyota, Wasan Toyota and the host Millennium Toyota.
The Toyota teams from outside Mumbai consist of DSK Toyota. The finance companies which participated last year were Toyota Financial Services, Kotak Mahindra Prime, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank and ICICI bank. The Insurance companies operating under the Toyota umbrella as 'Toyota Protect' were Cholamandalam MS, IFFCO Tokio, United India and ICICI Lombard. In order to boost the morale and ensure team spirit, the team from Toyota Kirloskar Motors also participated to make this event an unforgettable experience.
The event will be a grand three-day affair and will provide a welcome relief to the corporates to unwind and showcase their skills in tennis ball cricket. There will also be an HD camera set up, third umpire, huge LED screen, MCA umpires and much more. The tournament will witness 36 matches spread in a round of five overs per side and the finals culminating into a 15 overs per side.
Senior dignitaries from TKM, finance companies, insurance companies and the dealerships will grace the occasion to boost the morale of their teams. The tournament will be an experience to cherish for the participants and viewers.
