Three blind golfers will compete against Asian Tour professionals in a three-hole blind golf challenge at this week's Singapore Classic.David Blyth of Australia, Englishman Neil Baxter and Malaysia's Yam TW will be paired with a blindfolded professional, the Asian Tour said in a statement on Monday.Singapore-based Unho Park has confirmed his participation in the Texas Scramble format at the inaugural Classic beginning this Thursday and hailed the initiative."I'm happy to play my part in promoting blind golf," he said. "I strongly believe that golf should be a game enjoyed by all."The three-hole challenge is an initiative by International Sports Promotion Society (ISPS) chairman Haruhisa Handa, who is promoting blind golf through his sponsorship of the Classic.Asia number one Thongchai Jaidee of Thailand and Singapore's Lam Chih Bing will vie for top honours in the $4,00,000 event at the Orchid Country Club.
