The Supreme Court Friday said that the Indian cricket board can go ahead with its annual general body meeting and elect its office bearers, including its president.

However, the apex court bench headed by Justice AK Patnaik said that in case the outgoing president N Srinivasan gets re-elected, he will not take charge of the cricketing body till it decides on a petition by Cricket Association of Bihar.
