Bayern Munich midfielder Franck Ribery will miss his team's Bundesliga match against Freiburg on Saturday due to an ankle injury, coach Louis van Gaal said on Friday.                                  Ribery helped Bayern progress to the Champions League quarter-finals on away goals against Fiorentina in mid-week but it had been agreed he would sit out the league leaders'' Bundesliga match against Freiburg.                                            "It was arranged that he would play against Fiorentina and not play the league match. We have to give him time to recover. He has been amazing for us while still not fully fit," Van Gaal told reporters.                                            Ribery missed much of the first half of the season through injuries before returning fully fit after the winter break.
