Liverpool managed to keep pace with the leaders with a 1-0 win through Mohamed Salah during their visit to Huddersfield Town. 

In other matches, Chelsea maintained their unbeaten run as Ross Barkley scored in the sixth minute of injury time to deny Manchester United victory at Stamford Bridge in a pulsating 2-2 draw. 

Tottenham Hotspur narrowly edged out West Ham United with a 1-0 victory on the road.
