SRH had their skipper David Warner and Moises Henriques to thank as the Hyderabad outfit beat KXIP by 5 runs at the end of 20 overs.

SRH got a decent opening partnership of 56 runs, but Shikhar Dhawan was outfoxed by KXIP's Glen Maxwell as he was stumped by keeper Wriddhiman Saha.

Skipper David Warner ensured SRH posted a decent total of 185/5, with his blistering 52-ball 81.

KXIP celebrated the wicket of Naman Ojha who was run out by skipper George Bailey, on a day when the KXIP fielding unit was exceptional. 

Murali Vijay opened the batting for KXIP, but found the going tough as he was sent back into the dugout for just 24 runs by KXIP's Bipul Sharma.

David Miller seemed destined to get the job done for KXIP, as he scored 89 runs off just 44 balls. 

Miller's innings went in vain as SRH eventually won the match by just 5 runs, at the end of 20 overs.
