In the very first ball of the match, MI's Lasith Malinga scalped the wicket of DD's Mayank Agarwal.

Jagadeesha Suchitch took a blinder as he fllew in the air to catch the ball off JP Duminy's bat.

Kedar Jadhav was the next to be dismissed for DD, after MI keeper Parthiv Patel stumped the DD batsman, who was out of his crease.

Yuvraj Singh was the star man for DD, after his flambouyant batting technique saw him score 57 runs off 44 balls.

But even Yuvraj couldn't sustain the might of the MI fielding unit, as MI's Lendl Simmons produced one of the catches of the IPL so far, when the ball seemed to have stuck onto the hand of the West Indian.

Zaheer Khan spearheaded the bowling attack for DD and even got a wicket in the second ball of the innings. But the rain affected match saw MI comfortably win the match in the end.
