India had their best day at the ongoing 2018 Asian Games on Friday as they added seven medals to their tally.

India won two gold, one silver and four bronze medals on the day.

While three of these medals came in rowing, two came fron tennis with one gold from each game. The only silver came in kabaddi while Heena Sidhu earned the ninth medal in shooting at the 18th Asian Games. 

MEDAL ALERT

19th medal: India's Rowing athlete Dushyant wins BRONZE in Men's Lightweight Single Sculls event with a timing of 7:18:76! 

20th medal:  A 2nd rowing medal for India, Rohit Kumar & Bhagwan Singh win Bronze Medal in Men's Lightweight Double Sculls team event.

21st medal: Indian team of Sawaran Singh, Dattu, Om Prakash and Sukhmeet bag GOLD in the men’s Quadruple Sculls event.

22nd medal: Tennis duo Rohan Bopanna and Divij Sharan clinch gold in men's doubles event, India's sixth gold at the 2018 Asian Games. 

23rd medal: Shooter Heena Sidhu bags bronze in Women's 10m air pistol final.

24th medal: It was a heartbreak for India in kabaddi again, women lose to Iran in the final, settle for silver. 

25th medal: In Tennis, Prajnesh Gunneswaran loses in men's singles semifinal to settle for bronze medal.
