Micro-blogging site Twitter on Wednesday said they are aware of reports that users globally are facing issues on the application including tweeting, getting notifications, or viewing DMs with TweetDeck.
The company said it is looking into the problem and investigating the matter.
"We've been experiencing outages across twitter and tweetdeck, users might have had trouble tweeting, getting notifications, or viewing dms with TweetDeck and are investigating the matter," Twitter spokesperson said.
Users on Wednesday morning faced problems while accessing TweetDeck, which is a social media dashboard application for managing tweets and accounts.
TweetDeck used to be an independent app but was later acquired by Twitter Inc.
Many users faced problems while opening TweetDeck as it was redirecting a user to his/her Twitter home page.
TweetDeck simplifies tweets scheduling and helps in monitoring various accounts simultaneously.
