A 58-years-old women of Nigdi-Pradhikaran died of cardiac attack during Chardham yatra at Rudraprayag on June 17.
Deceased has been identified as Aasha Yashwant Kate, resident of Yamunangar. The couple had completed their three dham yatra and started their journey towards Badrinath but they returned to Rudraprayag due to frequent landslide.
Yashwant Kate claimed that his wife died as natural death and not because they were stuck in Uttarakhand.
During Badrinath yatra, a big landslide was reported when they were about four to five kilometers away.
The tourists spent the entire night inside the bus.
Kate said, ”My wife started feeling uneasy inside the bus and her condition worsened as we headed towards Rudraprayag on June 16. She died on June 17.
