PUNE
The Pimpri-Chinchwad New Township Development Authority (PCNTDA) will approach the Central and the state governments seeking financial assistance to complete its pilot project, the new Pune international exhibition and convention centre at Moshi.
A lengthy discussion on the project was held at the PCNTDA monthly meeting on Wednesday in Pune. The meeting was chaired by divisional commissioner Prabhakar Deshmukh, PCNTDA chief executive officer Dr Yogesh Mhase and others were present. “We discussed about finalising the master plan of the project, which is taking time as the project is big,” Mhase said.
He said that the detailed survey report of the project will be ready by November and only after that the authorities will finalise the funding. He said, “We will send the detailed project report to the government by December and ask for financial assistance.”
PCNTDA has finalised a 240-acre plot in Moshi, near Pune-Nashik highway, for the project.
