College of Engineering, Pune (CoEP) in a joint initiative with The Hermitage Group launched an Energising Accelerated Growth and Leadership Excellence (EAGLE) on Friday to improve life skills and soft skills of students.

The 10-month programme will help students to improve their skills, besides shaping them to be ready for industry and research.

Tata International special advisor Syamal Gupta was present at programme as chief guest. Kirloskar Brothers Ltd chairman and managing director Sanjay Kirloskar, Thermax India Ltd executive vice-president administration of IR Sharad Gangal, CoEP director AD Sahasrabudhe and deputy director BB Ahuja and others delegates were present.
