Winland Ocean Shipping Corp. Announces Another 57,000 DWT Bulk Carrier Vessel "RUI LEE" Placed in Service

HONG KONG, Dec. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Winland Ocean Shipping Corp. (OTCBB: WLOL), a global shipping Company, announced today that the company's second new 57,000 DWT bulk carrier vessel ("Rui Lee") was successfully placed in service for several voyages followed the first one "Fon Tai" which was placed in operation earlier this year.

Adding two vessels in one year underscores management's confidence that increased capacity is needed to meet renewed demand for the services of cargo and dry bulk shipping providers, and points the way for the company to achieve higher revenue and profits in a long term.

Rui Lee's port of registry and flag is Hong Kong, China. It was registered in Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (ClassNK), which is one of the top ten ship classification societies in the world. The 57,000 DWT bulk carrier vessel will be used to transport cargo around the globe and is considered to be the most flexible and economic in the ship market.

The company's CEO, Ms. Xue Ying, stated, "With the operation of Rui Lee, the company continues to optimize the versatility of its fleet while adding much needed capacity. Rui Lee will also enable the company to ship a greater variety of cargo and broader the services we offer to customers."

At today's market shipping rates, and depending on the type of cargo we ship, this potentially represents several million dollars or more of additional revenue every year."
